Allen Locke, man shot dead by police
On 12/21 Allen Locke, 30 of Rapid City, South Dakota  attended an anti-police brutality rally in support for the many victims who have been killed by police so far this year. Little did he know he would meet the same fate.

On 12/22 police were called to a residence to remove the man(Allen Locke).  It is alleged he was holding a knife when police arrived. He was shot five times in the body and head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Captain Dan Rud of the Rapid City Police department said using a taser on Locke was not an option. The shooting is being investigated but it is unlikely the officer will face any disciplinary action for the shooting.

Fired Milwaukee cop will not be charged for shooting unarmed mentally ill man 14 times, killing him (and he may collect disability)

Murderous cop Christopher Manney & Dontre Hamilton the disabled man he killed
Fired Milwaukee cop Christopher Manney will not be charged for executing an unarmed, mentally disabled man for sleeping on a park bench even though other officers had previously spoke to the unarmed man and determined he posed no threat.

The vicious shooting left the unarmed, disabled man dead on the scene with 14 bullet holes in him. It was assumed by the dead man's family the officer would face charges for his clearly egregious actions, but an investigation ruled Manney was justified in the shooting.

Dontre Hamilton who suffers from schizophrenia, was shot 14 times after the verbal altercation which began when Manney told Hamilton he couldn’t sleep on the park bench. The two officers who had previously responded to the call about Hamilton determined Hamilton posed no threat and was not dangerous. Manney responded to the call without knowing other officers had previously gone there and had already dealt with the disabled man.

As a further slap in the face to the dead man's family Officer Manney is appealing his firing from the Milwaukee PD and he has also applied for disability. He claims the shootings in Milwaukee and Ferguson, MO have cost him sleep and made it difficult for him to think clearly. He also has said he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder.

It will come as no surprise if Christopher Manney is reinstated to the Milwaukee Police Department or is granted disability for killing this disabled man who clearly posed no threat. Welcome to the police state USA.

NYPD officers murdered by crazed assassin in revenge for police killings across the USA

ny cops killed crime scene
NYPD Crime Scene

Two NYPD officers were shot dead by Ismaaiyl Brinsley allegedly in retaliation for Eric Garner.

The two officers, Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu were sitting in their cruiser in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, NY when they were assassinated, shot multiple times in the head.  Both officers were pronounced dead at the hospital. The officers were armed but they were unable to return fire and perhaps never saw the assassin coming.

The gunman had posted numerous messages on instagram in the preceding weeks threatening police officers and expressing hatred of cops.  It is believed he was motivated by the numerous police killing of unarmed citizens over the past few months.

After executing both officers he fled to a subway station while being pursued by police.  He made one final instagram post showing blood on his pants before shooting himself in the head while police were closing in. Buffalo Police Department shoots 92 dogs over three years: One unnamed cop shot dead 25 of the dogs

It is common for police to shoot dead dogs especially during search warrants but the Buffalo, NY police seem to be well ahead of many other departments in the USA.
The Buffalo Police Department is particularly infamous for shooting over 90 dogs in the last three years.
‘Police Kill Dog’ is a common headline across the nation. In fact, many online media outlets have a dedicated segment that regularly chronicles such acts by the police against dogs.
News station WGRZ-TV using the Freedom of Information Act, managed to uncover some startling statistics. The news station requested information about the Buffalo Police Department, more particularly about the use of force against animals.

The report the news agency received revealed that the Buffalo PD alone shot 92 dogs from Jan. 1, 2011 through Sept. 2014.

The shootings had alarmingly high mortality rate as seventy-three of those dogs died, while nineteen somehow survived, reported Opposing Views. In comparison to Cincinnati, a municipality of similar size, Buffalo’s numbers were more than three times.

Unsurprisingly, all Buffalo Police Chief of Detectives Dennis Richards had to say about the high number of dog executions was,
“The numbers are what the numbers are. “Certainly, no officer takes any satisfaction in having to dispatch a dog.”
Perhaps, he might have been wrong about the second sentence because detailed analysis of the report revealed that nearly 30 percent of these dog shootings in Buffalo were carried out by just one man.

This one cop, whose identity hasn’t been revealed, shot 26 dogs, killing 25 of them in the last three years.

On the other hand, if one looks at the 2012 Annual Discharge Report filed by the New York City

The Buffalo PD revealed that many of the dogs were shot dead during executions of what is commonly referred to as ‘No-Knock’ warrants.  The Buffalo police said most of the warrants were for people who were making, trading or consuming narcotics. It is a police tactic to murder the dog before serving the warrant even if the suspect turns out to be innocent.

Obviously attempting to downplay the numbers, Richards said,
“It’s a small percentage of the number of total search warrants executed or actions taken by police. The department has carried out 357 search warrant raids this year, most of which are in the relentless pursuit of the state’s immoral war on drugs.”
There have been numerous cases of police fatally shooting dogs. But perhaps the Buffalo PD may have to develop alternate ways to tackle the dogs without gunning them down. Some of these canines may even help the police.

Albuquerque police attending killogy courses to learn "the art of killing"

Albuquerque, New Mexico – Just over a week after the City of Albuquerque signed an agreement with the Department of Justice, promising to scale back aggressive police tactics and address police brutality, the Albuquerque Police Department has found themselves in the midst of another scandal.

This week, it was revealed that a retired Albuquerque Police Officer was teaching a class that was seemingly designed to instruct other cops on how to be more aggressive.

The class is run and operated by retired Lt. Col. Dave Grossman, and is called “killology – the study of killing.” The retired officer instructs a number of similar classes, including his most recent, “The Bulletproof Mind: Prevailing in Violent Encounters Before and After.”
Grossman Refers to himself as “World’s Leading Combat Authority.”

In his classes, Grossman instructs the officers to be “warriors”, and has even created promotional material for the classes that say “Are you prepared for battle?”

These classes were exposed earlier this month when officer Fernando Aragon promoted for one of Grossman’s lessons using a city email account.

Aragon now claims that he was not sending out the email to endorse the program, but to just “make the other officers aware of it.”

American citizens have pointed out that these classes are a sign of the aggressive culture that exists at the APD, and police departments across the country.

The mayor and the police chief have both refused to comment on the issue, stating that it was none of their business.

Oklahoma City Police Officer charged with sexual assault of THIRTEEN women

Police officer who sexaully assaulted over a dozen women in oklahoma city
Daniel Holtzclaw, alleged rapist cop

An Oklahoma City police officer will stand trial on dozens of charges alleging he sexually assaulted 13 women while on duty.

During the two-day preliminary hearing, prosecutors filed an additional four sex assault charges against Daniel Holtzclaw based on testimony, bringing the total number of charges to 36. The charges include six counts of first-degree rape, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison, as well as sexual battery, forcible oral sodomy and indecent exposure.

Holtzclaw, 27, has pleaded not guilty to each count. Oklahoma County Special Judge Fred Doak allowed Holtzclaw, who is on leave, to remain free on $609,000 bail. He is due back in court for a pretrial conference on Jan. 21.

During the hearing, all 13 alleged victims gave graphic testimony about the sex acts they said they did not want to perform but did so because they were frightened.

"It was either that or the county jail," a 38-year-old woman said Tuesday of being forced to perform sex acts. The Associated Press does not identify people who have made allegations of sexual assault.
Another woman testified that Holtzclaw forced her to expose herself and have sex with him in April. "He was an officer. And I was scared. And I knew he could hurt me," she said.

Holtzclaw showed no reaction when the trial was ordered, and said nothing as he left the courtroom. His attorney did not immediately respond to a telephone call seeking comment.

During some of Tuesday's testimony, protesters outside of the courthouse could be heard five stories up, chanting "No Bail" and "Justice."

All of the alleged victims are black; Holtzclaw is listed as Asian or Pacific Islander in court records. It's not clear whether race played a role in the alleged crimes.

"Who am I to a police officer? I didn't know what was going to happen next," a 44-year-old woman who said she was forced to expose herself and perform oral sex said through tears.

Police began investigating Holtzclaw after a woman who testified Monday reported an alleged assault on June 18, and he was arrested in August. None of the other women who have spoken at the hearing reported incidents until detectives contacted them after opening an investigation.

"What am I going to do, call the cops? He was a cop," said a 17-year-old girl who told the courtroom Monday that Holtzclaw raped her on the front porch of her mother's home. Another witness, a 23-year-old woman, said Holtzclaw sexually assaulted her while she was high on drugs and handcuffed to a hospital bed.

"I just gasped," she said, adding that she felt shocked and disgusted by the behavior. The woman denied suggestions by the defense that she could have been hallucinating.
Holtzclaw, who had been with the department for three years, was initially accused of assaulting eight women and more charges were added when other victims came forward.

Dirty Allentown, PA cop Andrew Holveck sued after beating man black and blue

Florencio Vazquez Jr. was waiting for a bus on the steps of a corner store when Allentown, PA police officer Andrew Holveck approached him.
Raw: Arrest of Allentown man alleging excessive force
Holveck believing Vazquez was drunk began to ask him questions.

What should have been a routine check by Holveck quickly escalated into a violent arrest that left Vazquez with bruises and scrapes across his face and hands and psychological trauma.

Vazquez is suing in an excessive force lawsuit filed against Allentown and Holveck in U.S. District Court.
span>  Allentown police surveillance video of the July 26 arrest shows the officer reacting as Vazquez reaches into his right pocket for a cigarette. Holveck grabs Vazquez by the wrist and pulls him from the steps to the sidewalk behind a trash bin, which obscures the camera's view of all but Vazquez's right leg.

Then, two unidentified police officers approach to assist Holveck in the arrest. One of the officers bends over behind the trash can and throws three punches toward Vazquez on the ground. With each punch, the unidentified officer's arm and elbow are seen popping up from behind the trash bin. Five officers, in all, responded to the scene.

Vazquez, 28, of the 500 block of North Penn Street in Allentown, was treated for his injuries, including a black eye and bruises to the left side of his face, at Sacred Heart Hospital.

His Oct. 16 lawsuit, which alleges violations of the constitutional protection against unreasonable search and seizure and the guarantee of due process and equal protection under the law, is the third excessive-force suit Orloski has filed against Allentown and its police officers since September.
