Murderous cop Christopher Manney & Dontre Hamilton the disabled man he killed |
Fired Milwaukee cop Christopher Manney will not be charged for executing an unarmed, mentally disabled man for sleeping on a park bench even though other officers had previously spoke to the unarmed man and determined he posed no threat.
The vicious shooting left the unarmed, disabled man dead on the scene with 14 bullet holes in him. It was assumed by the dead man's family the officer would face charges for his clearly egregious actions, but an investigation ruled Manney was justified in the shooting.
Dontre Hamilton who suffers from schizophrenia, was shot 14 times after the verbal altercation which began when Manney told Hamilton he couldn’t sleep on the park bench. The two officers who had previously responded to the call about Hamilton determined Hamilton posed no threat and was not dangerous. Manney responded to the call without knowing other officers had previously gone there and had already dealt with the disabled man.
As a further slap in the face to the dead man's family Officer Manney is appealing his firing from the Milwaukee PD and he has also applied for disability. He claims the shootings in Milwaukee and Ferguson, MO have cost him sleep and made it
difficult for him to think clearly. He also has said he suffers from
post-traumatic stress disorder.
It will come as no surprise if Christopher Manney is reinstated to the Milwaukee Police Department or is granted disability for killing this disabled man who clearly posed no threat. Welcome to the police state USA.
